- Controlling the quality and quantity of laboratory supplies by testing samples and monitoring usage
- Carry out calibration of measuring and monitoring equipment in accord with the approved schedule to establish the accuracy and reliability of instruments and equipment readings within international standards
- Arrange for instruments, used as Master Reference standards, to be calibrated by external agencies so that their integrity, accuracy and Reference standards are preserved
- Participating in fabricating, installing and modifying equipment to ensure that critical standards are met
- Preparing experiments and demonstrations for Audit and certifications and Support the conduct of Audits and certifications to facilitate their timely completion
- Implement all relevant HSE policies, procedures & guidelines in the test area and laboratory
- Implement and follow 5S principles in the test area and laboratory to maintain in the work environment clean and tidy before, during and after executing the job
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives for innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report test results of new and existing products to enable corrections to the process and support continuous improvement
- Deal with customers and local and international inspectors to protect the interests of both customer and Company and build good relationships with customer
