Day to Day Responsibilities

  • In absence of the General Manager and / or Hotel Manager, established in form of short notes daily reports about major happenings in the hotel for his information
  • Ensure proper business correspondence, memoranda, reports and forms, including those of confidential nature
  • Maintaining a filing system for diverse data, memorandums and correspondence
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and transcribes dictation from the GM
  • Answering and channeling phone calls, arranging and reminding appointments for GM
  • Receives and screens office callers and visitor's schedule and sets up appointments
  • Performs duties common to all Department Heads and other duties as may be assigned
  • Establishes in co-ordination with the Hotel Manager and General Manager the monthly planning of the manager on duty roaster of the department heads
  • Administers the gathering of necessary data in order to establish weekly attendance forecast for Department Heads; working days and days off both for HM & GM overview
  • Keeps trace for daily briefings re: Follow-up and important information
  • Arranging the Flights including Hotel bookings whether its business or personal trip of GM.
