- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide an orientation to the Villas amenities and services.
- Ensure guests needs are meet promptly, and respond to requests, special requirement or concerns.
-Coordinate dinning reservations, transportations and other activities to enhance guest's experiences.
-Gather feedback from guests to improve service quality.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all areas of the villa (rooms, pool, gardens) are well maintained and meet cleanliness and quality standards.
-Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to address any issues and ensure the villa is prepared for new guests.
