Presenting high quality dishes, creating new plates and seeing people enjoying their food are what means to be a chef. I am a young student who is eagerly interested in the hospitality field. Hospitality isn't just an industry for me, but a calling- a way to weave threads of understanding into the fabric of everyday life.
I gained invaluable insights into the dynamic world of hospitality. This internship has not only sharpened my communication skills, but has also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the dedication that underpin the success of a thriving hotel environment.
Ran the marathon in support of Children's Cancer Centre. I communicated with members of this organization and helped in distributing food for people
Improved my public speaking, developed leadership skills by working and interacting with unfamiliar faces, built my confidence through debates and discussions, composed proposals and presented resolutions.
Through food product development sessions, i learned the art of innovation, experimenting with ingredients and techniques to create unique products. It empowered me with creativity, adaptability and strategic thinking.
Through Computer Animation, I gained proficiency in character rigging, motion capture and 3D modeling allowing me to breathe life into digital characters.
Beyond the tangible pleasures of sweet treats and savory delights, baking has taught me the joy of sharing, as i pass on recipes and techniques to friends and loved ones, creating bonds that surpass the kitchen.
Cooking is my therapy. It is an exquisite dance of aromas and flavors. It is my way to express my creativity and add a little bit of myself into every dish I create.
