Over the last 4 years, I have worked on projects across multiple departments such as catalog quality, catalog-tech, seller experience, customer experience, finance, retail and logistics.

My recent programs include initiatives such as 'Large Partner Activation', 'Search Excellence' and 'Noon Services Marketplace' where I've got the opportunity to work closely with the tech team and gain experience in product planning and development.

  • Lead multiple short and long-term projects focused on improving catalog quality, seller experience, customer experience and building new tools to support scalability.
  • Creation of 6-monthly/Quarterly roadmaps of programs/projects planned for the year. Design processes for initiation, tracking, governance, review and delivery of programs/projects.
  • Planned and designed entire process flow to initiate a new model called 'Noon Services Marketplace' to facilitate sellers with the support they require to grow their business on noon.
  • Participated in vendor selection and management process for building a qualified network of service providers.
  • Work closely with tech and DevOps to build various tools to track and monitor programs and reduce manual intervention.
  • Keeping all stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Leadership and Business) updated on the progress of the project via Weekly Business Review's and Monthly project updates, addressing their concerns, seeking and implementing their feedback
  • Using various key metrics related to process, product and customer that need to be tracked to communicated to stakeholders, analyzing data using Excel, SQL and creating reports, charts and dashboards
