I was re-employed by Panasonic to work within the Connectivity Support Group. I was also working as a Project Manager for Ad-Hoc support services supporting Airlines worldwide. In this role I would take customer requests for Ad-Hoc support and working with sales and marketing departments raise proposals for works to be completed, organizing manpower along with post support reporting and invoicing.
GCS connectivity focal managing retrofit/installation activities on Emirates Airline as well as providing GCS/IFE line maintenance technical support for all Emirates aircraft. I was one of the GCS antenna and system experts providing in-depth technical support to the Middle East region, reviewing BiTE data and performing in-depth log review and analysis and co-worker training and support.
