  • The project was to enhance the existing Mortgage originating system which took care of the Mortgage loan application and servicing. It was to make user and customer friendly by adding more features. We also wanted to enhance the Loan Originating Module, Loan servicing module, ACH express module, Web Publishing Central module and updated KYC profiles in accord with KYC criterion.
  • Performed As-Is and To-Be Analysis, GAP Analysis, Cost to Benefit Analysis, impact analysis, Return on Investment analysis on the project. Designed and implemented robust trading platforms to facilitate buying and selling of corporate and government bonds on secondary markets.
  • Prepared RAID log to track and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. It serves as a central repository that allows project managers to proactively identify, analyze, and respond to potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Conducted gap analysis between legacy systems and new proposed web application capabilities to clearly map all integration touch points required for unified data access.
