Regardless of the COVID travel restrictions, executed more Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) projects from FY20 to the present than the rest of the combined Department of Defense (DoD) HMA community.
Led quantitative, and qualitative analysis and cooperated with the other stakeholders to address legacy DoD HMA training curriculum shortfalls and implemented system improvements to facilitate the publication and use of the standardized, but customizable, courseware for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Physical Security Stockpile Management in the USEUCOM area of responsibility.
Leverage interagency contracting capacity that reversed a decades-long trend of the DOD HMA not meeting Congressional spending targets by leveraging analytical methodologies with updated project plans, program strategy schedules, and utilization of available resources. These practices resulted in the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) HMA program receiving over 75% of the global DOD HMA budget for the past three years.
