I'm graduated in 2014 and admitted to the Bar Association of Egypt in 2015. Later i took a diploma in AML & CTF training course at Dubai in 2022. For 10 years i practised as law firm and in-house Legal Consultant handling cases at all court levels, advising private clients, governmental agencies and international law firms on commercial and civil matters, administrative law, family law, shipping law, Shari’a law, labour law, real estate cases and UAE procedural law.My legal and strategic experience has assisted me in obtaining Cassation Court Judgements that are considered to be judicial precedents. Details of recent cases appear below:
- 2018/2019 – obtained Judgement obliging partners of a limited liability company to pay the debts imposed on their company. The Judgement is considered an exception to Article 71 (2) Commercial Companies Law.
- 2020 – Successfully brought an appeal and achieved a Judgement in the amount of AED 7,000,000 for a well known British company that specialises in providing consulting solutions and human resources technology.
- 2021 – Successfully brought an appeal for a client with regards to muakhar sadaq (dowry) in the amount of AED 4,600,000. The significance of this appeal was that it distinguished between symbolic and monetary dowry in Shari’a Law.
- 2022/2023 – obtained a noteworthy final Judgement removing a partner from a limited liability company.
- I also assisted in drafting real estate legislation for the Dubai Supreme Legislation Committee. (Decree No. (48) of 2023)
