• Distribute all the technical documents issued by the main contractor to all relevant Engineers in the projects as well as Department in head office.

• Ensure document submission are complete and accurate as per the Engineer response.

• Consolidating responses and ensure to meeting the submission deadline as per the Project Schedule.

• Monitoring technical documents to ensure accurate document tracking and to meet Project deadline.

• Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedure in submission of documents.
