Oversaw installation of waste handling systems, incinerators, boilers, turbines, and flue gas treatment equipment. Implemented HSE procedures and managed high-risk activities such as working at height, hot work, confined space entry, chemical handling, critical lifting, electrical works, and excavation/trenching. The park will blend real marine environments with cutting-edge attractions, thrilling rides, and educational experiences focused on marine biology and water treatment systems. The project includes entertainment engineering and themed architecture, all kinds of high-risk activities involved as along with the erection of steel structures, use of quick deck, massive size class panel installation, MEWP usage, mobile crane operation, interior work, MEP work, as well as the installation of underground water pipelines and sewage systems., 

The Royal Atlantis Resorts & Residential, Dubai, 

Six Construct Co, PMC: DYNAMIC ENGINEERING CONSULTANT, Duration: Dec 2018 - Feb 2020., Main contractor: Six Construct Co., Scope: High-rise building for resort and residential, 186-meter height (45 floors), total of six luxury towers of various heights. A slipform platform was used to construct the next floor of the building.  Six Construct Co, PMC: LOUIS BERGER., Duration: Oct 2017 – Dec 2018, Main contractor: Six Construction Co., Scope: Installation of various types of roller coasters for a Hollywood entertainment theme park includes the erection of steel structures, CAT walk installation, roof sheet installation, MEP work, and the installation of underground gas pipelines and sewage pipes, along with legendary theme work structures., 

Dubai Canal Water Infrastructure Package-3, Dubai,

 six construct co, PMC: PARSON (RTA client), Duration: Jan,2016 – oct 2017., Main contractor: six Construct Co., Scope: The project involves the development of an infrastructure canal spanning a total of 80,000 square meters for public use and marine transportation. Additionally, three iconic steel structures have been created for crossing over the canal. All activities are monitored in accordance with municipal permit documents, which cover various tasks such as excavation, mobile crane lifting heavy rocks, and the installation of sewage pipelines alongside the road. The project also includes 22 kV electrical cables, a wastewater treatment plant, electrical tunnel work, and the operation of heavy equipment.,

Main contractor: six Construct Co., Scope: The construction of a high-rise building, reaching 200 meters in height (48 floors), utilizes an Auto Climbing System (ACS) platform for the progression to the next deck. The overall activities being monitored include the work of subcontractors, which encompasses civil tasks such as carpentry, concrete work, scaffolding, and steel installation. Additionally, earthwork, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, façade work (including cradle and monorail platforms), landscaping, interior work, finishing tasks, and traffic management are all part of the project.,

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for implementing the project’s HSE management system in alignment with client, legal, and corporate requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HSE team, ensuring competency, accountability, and strong safety culture across all project areas.
• Review, evaluate, and approve Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA) and verify that work permits reflect accurate hazard controls before authorizing any activity.
• Oversee and authorise contractor work requests and permits, ensuring risk controls and safe systems of work are implemented and maintained throughout all operations.
• Monitor contractor performance continuously, addressing unsafe conditions/behaviours and enforcing corrective actions to maintain safe operations.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident prevention initiatives, ensuring appropriate preventive and corrective measures are applied.
• Manage HSE documentation and reporting, including site safety reports, incident records, audits, MSRA records, and corrective action tracking.
• Develop, implement, and update HSE programs, procedures, and emergency response plans, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project needs.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills, crisis management training, and evacuation planning.
• Deliver and oversee HSE training programs, including inductions, toolbox talks, and competency-based training for workforce and supervisors.
• Lead incident investigation processes, ensuring root cause analysis, lessons learned dissemination, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, OSHAD, client standards, and relevant ISO requirements (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
