• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials in the Projects
• Liaising with subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
• preparing reports as required;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Duties and responsibilities
• Estimation of all Protect requirements
• Ensure smooth operation of the Project's
• Installation of UPS, DC Systems and Generators
• Installation of Remote Monitoring Systems, Battery monitoring systems and Water detecting system etc.
• Starting and commissioning of UPS, DC System and Generator etc.

• Attending to faults and complaints of the Plant

• Checking and verifying electrical equipment at Plant for smooth operation

• Installation of control panels and equipment at Plant
