Maintain, Calibrate and Servicing the Hospital’s various Equipment’s
• Handle Equipments of different categories like operation theater equipments, Critical Care Equipments, Neonatal Equipment and Lab Equipments.
• Equipments Handled:
o Operation Theater Equipment’s: C-Arm, X-Ray, OT-Table, Anesthesia Ventilator, Electro Surgical Unit, OT-Light, Suction Machine.
o Critical Care Equipment’s: Patient Monitoring Systems, Syringe Pump, Infusion Pump, Sterilizer, Hemotherm, IABP, Dental X-Ray.
o Neonatal Equipment: Warmers, Incubators.
o Lab Equipment: Microscopes.

Attended Sales Calls.
• Direct field sales.
• Coordinating doctors in OT.
• Conducting CME programs for doctors and technians.
• Install, maintain and service radiology equipments such as X-Ray, C-Arm and Cath Lab.
• Accompany the sales team during their meeting with hospital administrators and provide technical explanation about the products
• Provide demo of the equipments to Doctors and other Hospital staffs
• Attend to service calls from Hospitals and troubleshoot issues in the equipments
• Worked in the operations theatres
• Perform Preventive maintenance steps
• Maintain the spare parts of the equipments and replace them as and when required.

• Preparing BOQ, Equipment technical Specification room wise and submitting to management.

• Preparing & Planning installation initial requirements for installation of medical Equipment as per drawings – (ICU, OT, CSSD, Endoscopy, radiology, OPD)

• Managing all new of medical equipment and preventive maintenance activities in the hospital. Contribution in purchasing medical equipment's from the hospitals.

• Managing AMC/CMC/Warranty as per schedule and keep Records on PPM Schedule of all Equipments and follow ups

• Providing engineering support to IT dept for Biomedical Eqpt Integration with HL7 & HIS, LIS networks.

• Providing engineering support to clinical & diagnostic depts and conducting training and guidance to clinic staff

• Ensuring instruction & training programs are carried out as required; delivering proper safety standard for all medical Equipment and appliances

• Approving work and on call schedules for the department; accessing future space and equipment needs for the department &also carrying out vendor evaluation.

• Performing repair, hardware service (alternate component) pairing with low-cost investment of medical devices.

• Engaged in new installation of medical equipment and machines in the hospital and handled the spare parts stock inventory

• Provided engineering support, instructions, guidance and training programs to the staffs & doctors and delivered proper safety standards for all medical equipment's in 30 different Operations Theatres and 4 Modular OTs.

• Developed a deep understanding of patient goals and organizational strategies, evaluated systems and processes and identified areas for improvement.

• Engaged in carrying out periodic maintenance and servicing of medical equipment’s & accessories of ICU, OT, Lab, Blood bank, radiology, dialysis, endoscopy, and emergency departments.

• Met company quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices; maintained federal and state regulations.
