• Lead teams as Works Manager across multiple sites, overseeing planning, workforce management, and coordination with possession planners and signalling teams
• Acted as Engineering Supervisor (ES), responsible for implementing safe systems of work, managing line blockages, and ensuring all staff were briefed and compliant with current standards

TUPE transfer from Grant Rail as part of a project-wide restructure. Initially focused on traditional plain line renewals before transitioning to high output systems, including the Ballast Cleaner (BCM) and Track Relaying System (TRS).
