Built the company from the ground up—overseeing every stage of development from business formation to revenue growth—ultimately leading to a successful acquisition in under two years.

Key Achievements & Responsibilities:
• Established the full company infrastructure including trade licensing, RERA compliance, banking, corporate structuring, insurance, and operational frameworks required for a high-performing brokerage.
• Built and led a top-producing sales and leasing team through end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives—ensuring every hire matched the company’s culture, standards, and performance expectations.
• Developed the complete sales ecosystem including prospecting frameworks, lead-conversion systems, agent performance KPIs, and pipeline management processes that drove consistent monthly revenue growth.
• Designed and implemented all company operations, including SOPs, workflow automation, administrative procedures, CRM configuration, back-office systems, and customer-service protocols to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Co-founded and built a fully licensed short-term rental and holiday-homes management company in Dubai. Oversaw all operational, regulatory, financial, and marketing functions, and grew the business through a mix of owner-managed properties and rent-to-rent investments. Successfully sold as part of a package acquisition with The Luxury Collection Real Estate.

Key Achievements & Responsibilities:
• Established a compliant short-term rental operation including DTCM licensing, tourism permits, guest-check-in protocols, and mandatory reporting standards.
• Built and managed a portfolio of short-term rental properties through two models:
* Owner-Management: onboarding landlords who wanted their units managed.
* Rent-to-Rent: deploying company capital to lease units and operate them on a short-term basis for yield.
• Oversaw full furnishing and setup of holiday homes, ensuring each unit met DTCM standards, Airbnb/Booking.com requirements, and guest-ready quality — including furniture selection, décor, essentials, inventory, and staging for photography.
• Managed strong landlord and investor relationships, covering onboarding, pricing recommendations, performance reporting, and retention.
• Implemented property-management systems for housekeeping schedules, guest turnovers, maintenance coordination, inspections, and inventory management.
• Handled all OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com) operations, including listing creation, dynamic pricing, calendar sync, occupancy optimisation, and performance analytics.
• Oversaw end-to-end guest experience, including automated messaging, digital check-ins, identity verification, communication standards, and review management to maintain high ratings.
