In my previous role as Human Resources Specialist at FieldCore I was part of the project team representing Middle East & Africa region on ServiceNow HRSD implementation and assisted the team on the Integration of payroll system to HR system (SuccessFactors).
I was assigned to complete the test cases to make sure all the data, changes/update from the payroll system is captured into the HR system. Also to determine if different features within a system are performing as expected and reported the errors or defects within the system.
