Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring of eight hundred taxies and their smooth operations
• Monitoring daily Revenue of all taxies and drivers performance
• Counseling the low income drivers and trying to bring them to improve Monitoring of fuel consumption of all taxies
• Counseling the excess fuel usage drivers
• Observing fuel theft drivers and recommending them for severe punishment including termination
• Single and double shift projection plan preparation
• Daily follow up of KPI given by ITC (Integrated transport center) Calling and counseling drivers regarding KPI like accidents, Quality violations and job messages, utilization etc
• Giving orientation about KPI for new and old drivers and conducting refreshment training program for drivers regarding KPI and accident etc
• Conducting refreshment training for accident, violation, customer complaints drivers and conducting orientation program for new drivers about KPI and other operation issues
• Conducting campaign for zero accidents
• Preparing yearly de feet plan for management and follow up with agency regarding new vehicle delivery and warrantee services etc
• Follow up of traffic fines and block fines and clearing them Follow up of work shop and their down time & Coordination with work shop in delivering the vehicles Observation of maintenance cost of all taxies and follow up with work shop in delivering vehicle to achieve maximum utilization
• Follow up of registration of new vehicles and renewals of all taxies and their insurance follow up.

• Daily monitoring Smooth operation of all taxies and their utilization and performances
• Follow up of low income drivers and counseling those drivers in order to improve them
• Follow up of KPI like accidents, messages, utilization etc
• Monitoring fuel consumption of all drivers and counseling high fuel used drivers
• Preparing low income drivers list month wise as well as giving proposal to manager to take action on them
• Conducting orientation to new drivers about company policies and income and KPI, etc
• Co ordination with HR as well as workshop in order to improve utilization as well as to improve income
• Arranging meeting with advice of managers to improve company revenue and KPI and to improve performance of Operations

• Key Responsibilities: Managing fleet of 926 Taxies and ensuring their smooth operation
• Getting new vehicles from suppliers with support of management to deploy on road (for de fleet and total loss)
• Coordination with HR to get drivers in order to reduce Single shift and putting maximum vehicle in double shift
• Daily monitoring of vehicle utilization and daily monitoring of low income drivers

• Analyzing and preparing fuel report for 926 taxis and calculation of fuel % based on driver collection

• Preparation of MIS report to management on daily basis Counseling accident drivers both non driver fault and driver fault accidents
• Follow up of red signal jump drivers and suspending them and putting them in training
• Dealing with Insurance people for new vehicles registration and renewal vehicles
• Preparation of monthly report to RTA regarding accident and fatal accidents etc
• Dealing with W/Shops with regard to vehicles accidents and other maintenance
• Follow up and keeping record of old de fleeted vehicle for selling and in sending for Auction
• Staying updated with the latest improvements and News related to fleet
• Dealing with Petroleum Company regards to petrol cards, lost cards, petrol bills and other requirements
• Monitoring maintenance cost and implementing new methods to control maintenance cost
• Analyses of work shop repeat jobs
• Concentration and coordination with w/s for the utilization of maximum vehicles on road.
