- In charge of inducting, sustaining Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) in accordance Maintenance Planning Documents (MPD) and all embodied Supplemental Type Certificate (s) STCs using EASA Part M regulations and GAL policies and procedures for Fighter Aircraft, De-Havilland Dash-8 Q300, Beechcraft KA350, PIAGGIO P180 AVANTI-II.
- Assessing all received Airworthiness Directives (ADs),Service Bulletins (SBs), Service Inspection Letters (SILs)…etc. with respect to applicability to fleet airframe, engine, propeller or component while embodying new requirements within the AMP.
- Preparing all Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Tools (BOT) associated with Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) induction and sustainment process.
- Preparing and analyzing quarterly reliability reports with respect flight statistic, MAREPs and PIREPs, repetitive defects, failure rates, and un-scheduled component removals.
- Carry out bi-annual evaluation of the effectiveness of approved AMP in accordance with prepared reliability findings and maintenance reports.
- Preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for reported repetitive failures (Repairable-Non Repairable Units).
