  • In charge of inducting, sustaining Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) in accordance Maintenance Planning Documents (MPD) and all embodied Supplemental Type Certificate (s) STCs using EASA Part M regulations and GAL policies and procedures for Fighter Aircraft, De-Havilland Dash-8 Q300, Beechcraft KA350, PIAGGIO P180 AVANTI-II.
  • Assessing all received Airworthiness Directives (ADs),Service Bulletins (SBs), Service Inspection Letters (SILs)…etc. with respect to applicability to fleet airframe, engine, propeller or component while embodying new requirements within the AMP.
  • Preparing all Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Tools (BOT) associated with Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) induction and sustainment process.
  • Preparing and analyzing quarterly reliability reports with respect flight statistic, MAREPs and PIREPs, repetitive defects, failure rates, and un-scheduled component removals.
  • Carry out bi-annual evaluation of the effectiveness of approved AMP in accordance with prepared reliability findings and maintenance reports.
  • Preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for reported repetitive failures (Repairable-Non Repairable Units).

  • Building Master and Unit configurations for aircraft's assemblies and assemblies and spares in a logical hierarchical structure to include all Time change Items (TCI) LLPs and Hard Time Components.
  • Define alternate part numbers and their interchangeability based on OEM approved technical manuals.
  • Embodiment/implementation of applicable Service Bulletin (SB) and Modifications (MOD).
  • Preparation of Bill of Material (BoM) for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance to include resources and tools.
