Marine and General Site Work

  • Regular surveillance to the source in order to ensure ‘Production Section' that the Quality of material are within client specifications.
  • Controlling/Monitoring the Material identification starting from preparation to delivery.
  • Carry out quality works after verifying relevant safety permits from the client and follow the company HSE Policy.
  • Ensure that all project records are identifiable, retrievable and secured against deterioration or loss, and provides help and guidance to site document control team.
  • Inspect each work as per the systems and specification of project.
  • Ensure the quality of those projects with records as per the systems and specification of project requirements. Keep proper traceability of these bench marks for future reference.
  • Ensure corrective action taken against all kind of NCR's (Non-Conformance Reports) from root level prevented well placed and communicated.
  • Review and controls the documents for the certification of Testing Equipment's.
  • Carries out regular check in liaison with quarry operation Team in order to ensure that material productions are performed in accordance with project specification.
  • Maintain regular daily Record of Supplied Rock and Aggregates.
  • Provide input to the progress reporting system as required and responsible for coordinating with the various contractors to
  • ensure that the approved QA/QC plan & procedures are implemented during inspection activities.
  • Provide specialist support to the Quality control Manager in relations with the client and the responsible authorities and report problems that cannot be directly resolved.

Aggregates and Asphalt Test
