Management Skills & Achievements :
Capable of managing entire MR Bangur CCU (ICU) as a Senior Medical Officer, also as a manager of staff.
Happy to say we made it possible to work as a family at our ICU and ward so that patient care is optimised to the maximum.

Personal Life & preferences :
Absolutely a family man, happily married to a wonderful human being, who I met 5 years ago. For me, family comes first after my professional responsibilities . Nothing better than going back to loved ones and pets and spending time with them in a cozy environment. I was raised in a traditional household middle-class Indian family with strict parenting to become a responsible citizen and a valuable human being to the society.

In short, to brief up :
After completing my MD Physician (MBBS) from Sumy State University in 2012 in Ukraine, I moved back to India and cleared MCI Screening test within a year. I completed my internship at the prestigious VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, after which I obtained my permanent medical registration & license to practise in India. I served at Fortis Escorts Hospital, New Delhi, as an Emergency Medical Officer. I did my ACLS & BLS Certification course with American Heart Association (AHA) there in 2015.
I did my Junior Residency at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India.
Then I returned back to my hometown Kolkata to join Critical Care at RN Tagore Hospital, Kolkata.
I also became an Associate Life Member at ISCCM (Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine), Pune, India while working at RN Tagore Hospital, Kolkata.
I also served as an SHO equivalent in the Department of Neurology at RN Tagore Hospital for over a period of one year.
I worked as a senior Critical Care Medical Officer cum Clinical tutor at MR Bangur Hospital, Tollygunge Kolkata under State Health Services.
I also served there as a frontline warrior of COVID 19 team with my leadership during the recent pandemic after specially being posted by our government.

While obtaining my Bachelor's of Science in Family Life, I discovered a desire to support couples needing better parenting and relational skills, and by my graduation in April 2015, I was able to work right away in the mental health field as a Support Worker for WJS Canada, in Vegreville, Alberta. There I obtained direct family mediation experience within intervention files, where couples required my support and supervision in helping them get their children back into their care. I was given Signs of Safety and Attachment Theory training each year, yet before my 5-year mark, I decided to enter into my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. There I found kinship to the Family Systems, Social Constructionism, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy methods with their variety of researched-based interventions. I then was privileged to acquire a 9-month practicum with the Calgary Family Therapy Centre under the supervision of the now new director, Dr. Joaquin Gaete, along with his mentor, Dr. Karl Tomm, who provided all of our training around Systemic Constructionism and IPscope Methodology for enhancing therapeutic inquiry skills. Thus, in completing these practicum hours, I graduated in my Masters with distinction, applied for full membership with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association and soon after received Canadian Certified Counsellor designation. From there I was able to get into an initial private practice with Cece Warren as director and owner at the Calgary Couples Therapy & Associates and began my further certification and training in Discernment Counselling and The Gottman Method for Couples Therapy which she oversaw. However, by April of the next year, she had informed me that she would be closing her doors and moving into a different private practice partnership; nevertheless, Cece generously referred me to her fellow colleague, Jennifer Watts, the owner and director at the time of Living Well Counselling Services, who quickly took me on in supporting more couples and individuals throughout the South-East Calgary area. For almost 2-years I have been under her and her team's impressive guidance and leadership surrounding the Gottman Method, as well as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, which I also apply to the support I do for individuals 18 and up.
With their recent change of director to Carrie-Lee Gibson, Living Well has decided to move in a different direction and have given me an option to part ways and graciously waive the considerable buy-out fee to take my clients with me. This amicable conclusion that will take place after November 7th, 2025, as my last day at their clinic, will be a sad day but one I hope to use to move over to your team at Supporting Wellness instead.
