Responsible for quantity takeoff for tendering. Preparation of Boq. Assisting senior Mechanical Engineer with the design requirement for Chilled water system. Managing duty schedule to manpower allocation. Preparation of price comparison and negotiating with supplier for equipments.

Updating monthly payment certificates. Handling with consultants during site inspections.
• G+P+4 Residential Building for Ammar Holding Limited Consultant: Al Khawajah Engineering Consultancy Roles & Responsibilities: Worked as MEP Coordinator responsible for coordinating the full MEPworks and also with Civil team for proper flow of the project. Attending weekly meeting and doing presentation regarding the workprogress.
