Pre Contract

• Preparing Cost Plans, Budgets, and Bills of Quantities using Cost X: Leveraging the Cost X software to accurately forecast and control project costs.
• Providing Accurate Estimates: Defining project scope, timelines, potential setbacks, and limitations while coordinating with the design teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Performing Measurements for Structural, Infrastructure, and Architectural Works using Cost X

Post Contract

• Post Contract role with Contract Administration in the project, including Change Management Processes such as identifying and reviewing Variation Order Requests and involvement till finalization of variations.

• Studying, Analyzing, and Evaluating Tender Documents: Identifying risk factors and conducting thorough assessments to provide informed recommendations to higher management regarding the acceptance of tender invitations.
• Involvement and Negotiation with Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers: Engaging in negotiations while adhering to the guidelines and requirements outlined in the tender documents.
• Final Review and Approval Process: Conducting a final review of tender submissions and obtaining consent from higher management to proceed with competitive tender submissions.

• Evaluation of Payment applications and variations.
• Oversee all commercial aspects of the project to ensure effective management and control. This includes budget management, cost control, contract administration, and ensuring that all commercial activities align with project objectives and organizational goals. Effective commercial management is essential for maximizing profitability and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Produce comprehensive cost and value reports to provide accurate and up-to-date information on cash flow.

• Post Control role with Contract Administration in the project, including Change Management Process such as identifying and reviewing Variation and finalization.
• Dispute resolution with various Subcontractors, monthly cost reports, and guidance of the project team on multiple aspect of a Contractual matter

• Providing Quantity Surveying and Mediation Support to Management.
• Evaluation of Interim Payment Application and Variations.
• Performed measurements to prepare cost estimates for the project.
• Assisting senior staff in evaluating EOT & Prolongation Claims.
• Attending project meetings to provide updates and insights on project costs.
