Anime World is a development that stretches over 11.5 sq.km encompassing the largest collection of Anime Theme Parks in the future City of Qiddiya.

• Supporting the management of the Infrastructure Detailed Master Plan (DMP) phase of the project by ensuring processes are running smoothly and in line with standard design deliverables and client expectations
• Ensuring interdisciplinary design coordination across 15+ disciplines by promoting transparent and open communication and providing regular updates to the Project Manager
• Effectively communicating and coordinating project information and deliverables with the external master planner and the client
• Facilitated the completion of two major submissions during the DMP phase (50% DMP and 100% DMP)
• Developed the schedule for the detailed design phase collaboratively with both the team and the client

The REUSE Program ($20M) consists of the design and construction of six wastewater treatment plants (8500m3/j) for green space watering (200ha) in Casablanca, carried out through a partnership agreement with multiple government entities.

• Oversaw the concept design phase of the six wastewater treatment plants from initiation through the issuance of EPC tender packages
• Ensured strict adherence to contractual obligations outlined in the partnership agreement leading to improved stakeholder satisfaction
• Conducted fair and transparent consultant selection via a tender process resulting in a competitive selection process and attracting top-quality firms
• Prepared comprehensive tender documents and specifications while ensuring well-defined program needs and evaluation criteria
• Evaluated bids, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and selecting the most qualified firm while maintaining procurement compliance
• Effectively managed the contract with the selected consultant, overseeing planning, scheduling, and task management to ensure seamless project progression. Implemented robust project controls, resulting in timely deliverables and successful outcomes
• Oversaw all program-related communications by providing timely and effective responses
• Facilitated effective communication between parties and resolved any arising issues
  

The Permanent Control Service (SPC) is a public control structure of LYDEC (subsidiary of VEOLIA) which provides water distribution, electricity and liquid sanitation services in Casablanca

• Reviewed tender documents related to a total of $100M worth projects, by ensuring well-defined needs, specifications and appropriate evaluating selection criteria. This resulted in an increase in the average number of bidders from 3 to 5, indicating improved market competition
• Evaluated and analyzed received bids, while assessing compliance with technical requirements and identifying the most suitable contractors
• Analyzed and optimized the largest contracts awarded over a 3-year period achieving a 30% reduction in costs, equivalent to $30M in savings

• Construction of the underground wastewater collection gallery of Sidi Moumen, DN2000 over 2km ($6M)
• Relocation of potable water and sanitation networks impacted by the construction of the new tramway and BHNS lines ($5.8M)

• Led and managed the design phase of school projects
• Worked closely with engineers and architects to develop detailed designs, optimizing the functionality and efficiency of the projects
• Prepared comprehensive tender documents to facilitate the selection of engineers and contractors, contributing to the successful execution of the projects

• Independently managed the creation and submission of IFC packages (drawings & calculation notes) for potable water and irrigation projects
• Worked with a team of three CAD drafters, providing input, guidance and coordination for successful project execution
• Collaborated with the clients to obtain design approvals and no objection certificates (NOCs)
