• Deputy Role and Section Leadership: Serve as Acting Head of the Health Standards and Guidelines Section during the absence of the unit head, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 5 professionals.
  Ensure operational efficiency, task allocation, and quality control within the section, maintaining alignment with regulatory objectives and timelines.
  
• Standards Development and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead the development and revision of clinical and operational health standards in alignment with international best practices and UAE healthcare priorities.

• Participate in reviewing and resolving complex clinical and regulatory cases to ensure compliance with DHA licensing and accreditation standards.

• Represent the Health Regulation Sector in the cross-governmental Mental Health Governance Committee.
• Ensure that Dubai's mental health initiatives align with Federal Mental Health Law No. 10/2023 and the strategic vision of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum .
• Contribute to the evaluation, monitoring, and strategic planning of mental health services across Dubai's public health system.
