Summary

A UK qualified Special Educational Needs Teacher with over 20 years’ experience in Education. Originally a Science/Literacy & Numeracy qualified teacher diversifying into teacher trainer in an advisory role and a Life Skills Instructor to students at college level. Working happily across a wide age range and across different curriculums, whether it be National Curriculum /International Baccalaureate or a local curriculum.

Involved in managing the development of new systems and policy within startup schools in UK & UAE

My passion has evolved into pastoral care of students, more so than ever before – whether it is as a PSHE teacher /Life skills instructor or personalised tutor. The well-being and success of a student has to be a truly a holistic approach!
