WeWay is a premier Web3 launchpad connecting over 100,000 global investors with early access to top-performing IDOs. It offers users rewards through participation in IDOs, raffles, and staking, while helping projects raise capital and grow communities.

At WeWay, I led content and communications across the platform, including social media, blog, and announcements. Managed messaging for partnerships and IDO campaigns, advised projects on branding and PR, coordinated with clients and finance to verify funds raised, and supported community engagement to align all stakeholders.

I founded and operated a network of 17 short-term rental properties across Poland and Mexico, including top tourist destinations like Kraków city center and Cholula. Built and managed an international team, oversaw all client interactions, and ran day-to-day operations across multiple time zones. Scaled the business from zero to fully booked listings, optimizing for both profitability and guest satisfaction.

At BBrainz, I coordinated successful product launches by integrating PR with broader marketing strategies, including comprehensive social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, enhancing brand visibility.
I also represented BBrainz at industry events, fostering valuable connections and partnerships, identifing and sourcing new leads, which contributed to a 70% increase in client acquisition within one year. I collaborated closely with media outlets to secure impactful publications for clients.

BBrainz was a Web3-native marketing agency helping early-stage projects grow through tailored campaigns, influencer activations, and hands-on brand strategy.

As Marketing Manager, I led social media strategy and execution for client campaigns, working closely with virtual assistants and founders to personalize tone of voice and content direction. I supported sales with lead generation, contributed to internal projects, and played a key role in building one of the strongest CT voices of 2022. I also grew founders’ personal media accounts and developed an internal influencer with a strong presence across key Web3 platforms.

Supported the Event Manager in executing high-revenue events and catering services while consistently delivering under pressure. Created and maintained detailed event documentation, managed schedules, and ensured smooth internal communication for all functions. Represented the company at exhibitions, conducted client-facing presentations, collected leads, and supported on-site team coordination to maximize both attendee experience and operational efficiency.
