· Crafting the long term strategic financial plans for the division, provide functional direction over all financial aspects of the division at a worldwide level. This included strategic planning, forecasting, pricing, Complete PTI management for the business , capital management, risk management and business controls
· Capital expense management included critically assessing expenditure requests needed for developing next generation hyper computing, AI enabled product
· Operational expense management included close interlock with marketing function to successful launch next generation hypercomputing, AI enabled product.
· GP management included review of inventory levels of chips , its future use and any requirement for obsolescence
· ROI reviews included sale of Patent information and the return as compared to the business case . Root cause analysis on any shortfall and corrective actions review with GM and Senior VP of the Division
