• Led site setup and logistics planning, including crane locations, material handling zones, and tower sequencing under severe spatial limitations.
• Supervised site teams, subcontractors, and labor workforce to maintain continuous progress and uphold construction quality across structural, MEP, and finishing stages.
• Liaised with Dubai authorities (Trakhees, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.) to obtain timely approvals and inspections, avoiding project delays.
• Ensured strict compliance with UAE HSE standards and project-specific safety protocols, with zero reportable incidents.
• Monitored budget, procurement, and subcontractor payments to ensure cost control and contractual alignment.
• Reviewed and approved technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and inspection requests to support uninterrupted site execution.
• Coordinated with consultants and client representatives through weekly site meetings, resolving critical issues and driving decision-making.
• Successfully navigated construction in a logistically restricted zone, maintaining delivery timelines through proactive resource planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Delivered key project milestones, including basement waterproofing, podium deck, and superstructure phases, in line with project delivery targets.

• Develop and maintain detailed look-ahead schedules aligned with the overall project timeline, coordinating closely with Section Manager and project teams.
• Coordinate and review method statements, workshop drawings, subcontractor submissions, RFIs, material submittals, and inspection requests to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality standards, adherence to drawings, specifications, and the Construction Programme; promptly report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC teams, and authorities (Dubai BPS, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.) to resolve technical problems, manage approvals, and facilitate inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, coordinating with General Foremen to optimize progress and maintain safety and quality compliance.
• Conduct regular site surveillance and inspections, verify resource adequacy, and implement corrective actions to mitigate deviations from the project plan.
• Manage project documentation and correspondence, including letters to/from consultants, NCRs, snag lists, and progress reports to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure full implementation of Project HSE programs and promote safe work practices throughout the construction site.
• Review and verify drawings from subcontractors and internal teams for correctness, completeness, and incorporation of all necessary information.
