- Provide approved all shop drawings, MEP Co-ordination drawing to respective site supervisor/ Foreman and inform them to shift the required required material from warehouse to site. arrange required material to avoid progress delay.
- Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification and get daily progress report from site supervisor/Foreman and update to Project Engineer (or) Manager.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
- Active involvement in weekly meetings with the project management & QC supervisor & manager to resolve the site related issues.
- Project co-ordination with Client, Consultant, Engineering Department, Procurement Department, Subcontractors, Vendors, Incoming Utilities (District Cooling, Power, Fire/Water network and Data Communication network), site construction team for installation, Testing and commissioning works for all project activities.
- Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.
