In relation to the Area or the Scope of Works which have been assigned to them:
· Install and organize the construction (logistics, materials, people).
· Direct all aspects of the day-to-day execution, and you monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendents and workmen.
· Lead, coach and manage several skilled and experienced site execution staff.
· Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations.
· Plan the resources.
· Implement the Quality Requirements.
· Maintain regular contact with the Client representatives.
· Attend site meetings.
· Report directly to the Construction Director on the progress and output of your own teams and suppliers.
· Preparation and implementation of project procedures related to construction and quality control activities.
· Execution of construction activities as per Quality Procedures and Project requirements.
· Management and administration of construction subcontractors.
· Field supervision of construction work.
· Maintain the Safety Regulations and all site are as per Safety Requirements.
· Establishment and execution of jobsite health, safety and environmental programmes.
· Performances of field procurement activities.
· Tracking of construction progress.
· Management of construction / commissioning interfaces.
· Execution of field design change control.
· Prepare and implement the logistics plan with the Technical Office.
· Coordinate all site resources (equipment, materials and people) between the various Construction Managers under the guidance of the Construction Director.
· Ensure that all site resources are optimized and minimize any wastage or idle time.
Make specific analysis on crane usage time and other main equipment.
· Manage all deliveries to site and access for materials, equipment and people. Ensure evacuation routes and procedures are in place as per the HSE regulations.
· Ensure and follow-up the recording and back-charging of the various services provided to subcontractors and third parties
· Coordinate with all parties involved (subcontractor, suppliers) in relation of materials/equipment movement.
· Proactively communicate and follow up on logistics issue with stakeholders.
