Integration and Order Fulfillment Techincal Expert

  • Managing one of IT service fulfillment and order management L2 support teams.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting application issues to provide resolution and to develop root cause analyses which will support maintenance improvement and upgrade planning.
