- Attend Shop drawings review Meetings with Local Authorities

- Including testing & commissioning

- Attend weekly progress meetings with the contractor, project management consultant, and client
- Verify Contractor Monthly Payments against site condition
- Verify the change requests raised by the contractor and share the recommendation with the client
- Utilizes the progress data, updates the site plan, and informs those concerned when progress is falling behind, and maintains a constant check on materials and equipment delivery dates through the use of a bi‐weekly look‐ ahead schedule
- Monitoring the site activities against the deadline of each milestone
- Resolving unexpected technical difficulties at the site
- Reviewing the As‐Built drawings
- Reviewing close-out documents, spare parts, attic stock, and warranties.
