. Ensure project scope work within budget and on time as per project contract

. Following up with subcontractors to ensure they are working with their scope efficiently

. monitored and maintained health and safety standards for site work

. submit inspections and material submittal to get approval

. calculate quantities needed for civil work

. Cost estimation if there is any addition or omission in project and send VOR to consultant
