• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and workers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor daily construction operations and site logistics.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site.
• Estimate costs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Monitor expenditures and control project costs.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., RFIs, submittals, reports).
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans and technical specifications.
• Interpret and review civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Set out (marking) the site layout according to plans and drawings.
• Ensure proper installation of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
• Oversee excavation, leveling, foundation, structural works, and utilities.
• Interpret technical drawings and resolve conflicts between design and site conditions.
• Propose site-based solutions to unforeseen technical problems.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct on-site testing (e.g., slump test, cube test) and maintain quality control logs.

Phases 1 totaling 300 apartments is complete and Phase 2 totaling around 280 apartments is currently under construction
