• Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers across key accounts including Lulu, Carrefour, Coops, supermarkets, and general trade outlets.
• Ensure strict implementation of planograms, brand guidelines, and visibility standards across all assigned stores.
• Monitor stock availability, FIFO compliance, and inventory levels, coordinating timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
• Analyze sales and stock data to identify gaps, improve shelf performance, and drive sales growth.
• Execute and monitor monthly promotions, price changes, and POSM deployment as per brand strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders to secure better shelf space and visibility.
• Conduct store audits and market visits to ensure compliance with company and BDA standards.
• Train, guide, and motivate merchandisers on effective merchandising techniques, store execution, and daily route planning.
• Track team performance, provide feedback, and ensure KPI achievement in terms of availability, visibility, and execution.
• Report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management for strategic planning.

• Strictly follow the Daily route plan.
• Maintaining 4P’s (Product, Place, Price and Promotion).
• Checking FIFO Method.
• Build and maintain relationships with the customers.
• Provide clarifications to customers on company products.
• Coordinate with stores, after getting LPO, to organize delivery of materials.
• Visit the markets on a daily and make sure that the shelf AVA is correct as per the BDA.
• To make sure that monthly promotions are properly allocated and implemented.
