• Worked as a project manager for both Pre-FEED Steam hammering study & FEED Habshan & Bab fire water network study
• Monitor and analyze the plant technical performance including feed gas / liquid quality, product yields and quality specifications, operating conditions, efficiency, equipment performance, utility and chemical consumption
• Troubleshoot, identify and propose the Plant's performance improvements to resolve technical problems
• Organize test runs for analyzing the unit performance, establishing optimum operating parameters, and identifying the process bottlenecks for increasing the Plant throughput.
• Review, as end user, the equipment process and ensure that advanced technologies are applied in the Plant in order to achieve efficient and effective output
• Conduct investigative and feasibility studies, develop simulation models, and recommend improvements whenever necessary
• Provide process engineering support to all the on-going projects from conceptualization phase until their implementation

• Energy Optimization to reduce energy consumption in process units
• Worked in various projects stages (Pre-FEED, FEED) related to Gas processing plant
• Troubleshooting in Gas Processing Units
• Participate & Involve in HAZOP studies pertaining to proposed modifications
• Prepare daily performance summaries to monitor plant by studying

laboratory test reports, standard log sheets and highlights
abnormalities and suggest corrective actions to operation

• Review and provide comments and feedback on drawings and

P&ID’S

• Develop computer programs for process plants monitoring and apply computer simulation models using ASPEN HYSYS
• Collect monthly plant production and operating data, evaluates unit efficiencies by relating chemicals and energy consumption and

prepare report

• Calculate the performance of major process equipment and provide action plan for low performance equipment’s
• Involved in several audits such as energy management ISO 50001 audit & ISO 9001 audit

• Familiarization to Oil and gas process in Habshan
• Observing how to operate the plant from control room
• Calculating heat transfer coefficient for various heat exchangers used in the site by using equations and simulation (Internship Project)
