• Focused on guests contact. Giving important information to international guests. Customer`s first point of contact. Dealing/handling with customers (customer service, customer complaints and other potential conflicts, providing any necessary services to ensure a customer ́ s satisfaction) making outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls

• Assisted guests in planning, domestic travel such as car rentals, hotel reservations and domestic vacation packages, by recommending and selling various travel products. Invoices, processed payments and ensured proper travel documentation. Utilized at the souvenirs/gifts shop sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommended merchandise selections or helped to locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires.
