Roles and Responsibilities:
•Managing and Maintaining SLA service level agreement.
•Maintaining the KPI.
•Working on CAFM ( Rosmiman-JDE).
•Preparing monthly report.
•deploying and Managing technicians.
•Performing Preventive Maintenance [PPM] and other Tasks as Assigned per the Maintenance Manual, to Minimize Downtime and Break Down.
•Follow up Maintenance Orders, to Maintain Good Client Relationships at All Time.
•Supply Chain and Procurement
•Obtaining comparative quotes for requesting materials that are not available in the EFS Store.
• Follow up with the vendor once LPO is issued for the delivery of materials.
• Obtain the open LPOs report from the Procurement Team and reconcile.
• GRN to be passed once the materials have been delivered
• Tracker to be maintained for POs raised
• Raising material, asset, and non-stock requests per site requirements in coordination with the EFS Finance
•Documents are to be provided to the Finance team for billing of completed jobs.
• Reconciling/submission of invoices, following up on outstanding •payments, and liaising with the finance team to uphold accurate financial record keeping
•Project / Operations Requirement
Preparing proposals or quotations for additional works received from the Client.
• Attend site operational Client meetings.
• AMC (specialized systems/Assets) scheduled to be prepared and coordinated with EFS Sub-contractor for performing PPMs on time.

· Manages submitted work orders and communicates with tenants and internal departments
· Handling purchasing of cleaning supplies, equipment, tools, and other maintenance items that may be required.
· Supporting maintenance supervisor or technicians with administrative tasks.
· Manage, track, report, process, and assign tickets daily.
· Responsible for opening, tracking, and closing tickets.
· Review tickets daily and reprioritize as needed to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
· Define and classify the level, priority, and nature of the problem, request, and/or issue.
· Evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests.
· Actively manage incident tickets and provide status updates on each ticket per SLA.
· Work with customers to collect information about problems and lead customers through diagnostic procedures to determine the source issue.
· Ability to craft technical and professionally written outage notifications and updates to incident stakeholders.
· Conduct continuous improvement service desk support and update the knowledge base as required.
· Perform systems administration troubleshooting and support.
