  Project Brief: Establishing and finishing Emirati school Al-Barsha 3 in Dubai It consists of several buildings such as KG classrooms, cycle one classroom, assembly area ,gym ,auditorium & play yards in addition to the general landscape and infra structures & networks
  Responsibilities: Managing and directing QC staff to supervise all Concrete, Earth, Finishing & MEP works.
  handing over all the works to Dubai Municipality , civil defense , DEWA to get the BCC.

• Project: Heritage Old city & Latin District-New Alamein City, North Coast-Egypt.
• Project Budget: 160 million USD & 350 million USD
• Project Brief: Establishing and finishing the heritage city in New Alamein City as an icon of the fourth- generation cities on the Egyptian northern coast, It consists of several public buildings such as a cinema complex, a Roman theatre, a mosque, a church, a library, an opera, and many residential, administrative and commercial buildings, in addition to the general landscape and infra structures & networks. &Establishing and finishing the Latin District in New Alamein City as an icon of the fourth- generation cities on the Egyptian northern coast, It consists of (16 clusters with 3800 housing units, in addition to the general landscape and infra structures & networks
• Responsibilities: Managing and directing QC staff to supervise all Concrete, Earth, Finishing & MEP works.

• Project: The New headquarters of the Egyptian Defense Ministry-New Administrative Capital Project 110-(Egypt)
• Project Budget: 2 Billion USD

• Project: Ain El Kebira Cement (Cement Production Line 6000 TPD)- (Algeria)
• Project Budget: 800 million EUR
• Project Brief: Establishing and finishing Cement Production Line 6000 Ton Per Day
• Responsibilities:

Supervision all Steel Structures Works (Verticality, Tightness, Cladding, Grating).

Supervision all finishing works in CCR, all Electrical rooms, Pumping rooms.

Supervision all Lab Tests (soil, Asphalt, Concrete Tests).

• Project Budget: 50 million EGP
• Project Brief: VIP Boutique Hotel located in Zamalek area ,Cairo

• Responsibilities : Supervision of all repair and reinforcing works of concrete members (Columns, Beams, Slabs).

Guaranty Quality and right use of all chemical use in repair works.

Preparing all inspection sheet Forms, Quality Plan.

Making As Built for Existing Structure before Starting in Repair.

Check site problems and send RFI for the Consultant.

Making sketches of solution for site problems and get approved on it by consultant.

Making Submittals for all Materials used in repair.

Sending letters for both the owner and the consultant for clear some points.

Attending the site weekly meetings and review the minutes of meeting.

Making the filling system for all project documents.

Review all drawings and method statements coming from the Consultant.

• Project Brief: It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant that is used for Peak load. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Light Fuel Oil.
• Responsibilities: Construct all Electric Networks (Duct banks, Manholes).
