• Responsible For Managing the Localization & NPI and License and acquisition-related operation Projects in Initiation and Execution as well as routine stages

- qualification of storage, distribution and cold chain following current international GDP guidelines
- Reporting and handling shipment Temp. deviations
- Shipment Temp. Assessment and release
• Manage all quality related aspects of GxP vendors (e.g.: distributors, critical quality suppliers, service providers) including:
- Qualification, approval and establishment of technical agreements
- Elaboration and execution of audit program
- Review and follow up of related CAPAs until closure
- Handling of quality issues with the vendors (e.g.: quality deviation, complaint)
- Review and approve major changes
• Define an internal audit program and ensure that audits are performed and related CAPAs followed and closed
• Develop the training matrix for the whole organization with Quality training, all necessary Safety Health Environment and needs and monitor and evaluate its successful completion
• Making internal audit on the main quality systems aligned with Commercial QA Requirements, and closely following up All gaps/compliance issues identified during the audit will be addressed through an appropriate CAPA
• Assure that personnel involved in GMP/GDP tasks are trained and qualified
• Implement and execute Quality Management Reviews and Quality Risk Management systems including:
- Ensure that quality objectives defined by global functions are cascaded down locally and related targets achieved
- To establish, monitor, and communicate Key Quality Indicators that measure progress against quality objectives to the local management and to MSQ
- Review and approve packaging artworks.
- Collaborate with global functions for execution in the region of global projects and programs related to quality.
• Act as Regional technical resource regarding Quality Systems and compliance.
• Implement and manage quality systems and training programs as necessary to support effective Quality System in region.
