ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITY

· Managing daily project execution operations on site by coordinating with contractor and. Consultant

· Delivering engineering and technical support to all groups at site and assigning targets for accomplishments.

· Drafting and examining method statement /material submittal approval document and align the risk assessment with HSE dept.

· Coordinating, tracking & reviewing project schedule, material submittals, approvals, procurements and progress of activities planning.

· Conducting coordination meetings with project teams for documentation of issues and actions pertaining to construction schedule.

· Assisting PM for the preparation of Site programs and ensure that the progress of the project in accordance with agreed programs.

· Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.

· Liaise with any contractor, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.

· Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

· Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.

· Preparing reports as required.

· Ensure closure of Non-Conformance Reports raised by the Consultant and communicate through Project Management Team.

· Maintain proper documentation of records.

· Occasionally discuss with Operation Manager when an opportunity of improving the accuracy of procedure/process is observed.
