• The first Layer interface with Orange about all projects' Scope and KPIs.
• Manage Teams which consists of 300 Employees (Area managers, office managers, Engineers, Technicians, WH Managers..etc.)
• Monitor the project target, deviation, and KPIs.
• Follow up daily alarms and network problems on Radio & Transmission BTS & MW (Environmental Task: CM & PMs - Generators).
• Follow up on the financial issues of the project (Cost and Profit margin).

• First Interface line and main connection between Operation Managers and all ASPs/Subcontractors company under Ericsson
• Monitor and control the subcontractors under Ericsson in VF projects to be sure that the operation team working without any problems
• Managing a budget
• Extracting all Monthly PO & GRN for all ASPs under Ericsson regarding to resources, tools, fleet .
• Monitor staff closely, aligning everyone with the organization’s goals and standards
• Arrange internal and external training
• To be sure that all OHS policy and requirements is applied
• Handle day-to-day decisions, from task allocations to operational adjustments, ensuring resources, manpower, materials, or machinery, are utilized optimally in pursuit of team and organizational goals
• Engaged deeply in recruitment
• Interviewing, hiring and inducting new members of the team
• Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency

Ø The first Layer interface with Operator VF (Daily Reporting and follow up –escalation –handle CM alarms

Ø Monitor the Project target , deviation and KPIs

Ø Achieve project target with minimum resources, cost & in the accurate time

Ø Follow up all the technical procedures with 2nd level of Ericsson support if problem needed

Ø Trouble shooting and maintenance for Power system (EC & Dc) & Generator power problems

Ø Trouble shooting and installation for BTS (2G & 3G)
