Appointment Setting: Manage delivery appointment slots using Amazon’s scheduling system (Carrier Central), and coordinate with Noon and FirstCry teams for appointment booking via email.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, packing slips, and delivery notes to ensure compliance with marketplace requirements.
Handle returns and file claims for damaged products, while actively monitoring and following up on the status of returns and claims.
