• Install, troubleshoot and repair laboratory ( Hematology & Biochemistry analyzer ) equipment within the assigned service area, including PPM and perform basic technical trainings for hospital owned biomedical engineers.
• Handling repair service and calibration of electronic pipette instruments.
• Calibration through automatic software.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationship through use of strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Manage time and maintain organized schedule to include maintenance, installations and upgrades in addition to customer calls demonstrating ability to evaluate and translate customer orders and follow up.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Traveled up to 70% as needed.

• Performing routine maintenance checks on Biomedical equipment.

• Ensuring that all equipment meets company standards of safety and evaluate and select appropriate biomedical equipment and technologies for use in healthcare facilities or research laboratories.
