Work as part of Restaurant Technology team on installation, configuration, and support of various systems across Americana UAE stores (550+ store for the brands: KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardees, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays).

  • Led the RT support team across Americana UAE, Oman and Qatar.
  • Install, configure, and support following systems solutions in stores:

o NCR Aloha POS

o EFT (electronic fund transfer) integration components

o Self-ordering kiosks

o Backend data maintenance system (CFC)

o Remote deployment and management system (NCR Command center system: CMC)

o Delivery system (NCR SDM system)

o Third parties’ integrations with POS system

o Kitchen system (NCR KDS)
