As an Assistant Manager in Credit Administration at Ajman Bank, I oversee the upload, input, and review of credit limits and terms and conditions into the T24 system, ensuring compliance with the bank's lending policies and regulatory requirements as well as the related regulatory reporting requirements from CBRB and AECB respective portals.
I have a strong background in credit risk management, business analysis, and reporting, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance and a diploma in Computer Science. I have developed and maintained various reports and models related to the regulatory reporting functions, and the post-disbursement conditions. I have also assisted the business units with the required figures and analysis for business planning and budgeting purposes. My goal is to leverage my problem-solving, analytical, and business intelligence skills to provide effective and efficient credit solutions for the bank and its customers.
• Review and authorize credit limits in system for all assigned segments after ensuring all terms and conditions stipulated in the Credit Approval as precedent to disbursement of limits have been duly complied with and all securities and required documents have been obtained prior to releasing limits.
• Scrutinize facility documentation & related securities for Wholesale bank, SME & syndication & FI
• Oversee/Review preparation of FOL, credit facility and security documentation and ensure all terms and conditions as per the approved CA have been incorporated.
• Representing the Credit Administration Department in participate in User testing for various system enhancements/changes related to Credit Administration functions amongst different assigned projects.
• Coordinate with the technology team regarding any developments related to the regulatory reporting (CBRB & AECB)starting from the participate in UAT till the deployment.
• Ensure timely update of all systems with credit related information such as Risk rating, Expiry dates and Collateral details in addition to covenants monitoring process.
• Assist the line manager in timely implementation of recommendations from Credit Review / Audit Department.
• Provide the best support to business partners and maintain turnaround time as per SLAs for handling credit control related functions.
• Review and report Excess over limits in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance to the Manager in formulating and implementing SOP's for the department.
