Responsibilities:

• Discuss structural design drawings with authorities to obtain approval.
• Attending Inspection Requests submitted by contractor and take appropriate action in timely manner.
• Achieve transactions of First Gulf Bank FGB for National Housing Loans.
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications.
• Report any works carried out by contractor found not to be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications, and report to immediate supervisor for appropriate action and discharge instructions to contractor.
• Monitor quality of works and assess safety at site including health and environmental issues on daily basis.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure availability for inspection as and when required.
• Prepare Surveillance Reports for deficiencies of work found at site or if contractor is not complying with verbal instructions and subsequently complete Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if required in view of development of events.
• Check and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.
• Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
