  • Taking online appointments for rough diamond inspection, Application Request drafting and Submission/booking request in the DMCC portal.
  • Co-ordinate with international agent regards of Import/Export shipment Status.
  • Responsible to assist evaluator in Kimberly Process and Customs inspectors during inspection
  • Creation of necessary data job no VCHS (Valuable cargo Handling System) Cloud database (Import, Export, Local Transport, Local Storage)
  • For import shipment we are getting import attested invoice from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) behalf of customer.
  • Preparing and passing EXIT Entry Certificate (VAT,TIB,Re-Export,Transit)
