• Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules for a team of MEP technicians, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure optimal distribution of personnel, tools, and construction materials across the site.

• Obtaining permission from the AMC contracted clients to arrange the PPM according to their preferred date and time.
