This role oversees all 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The Logistics & Distribution Center Manager is responsible for leading and developing the 3PL team, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing logistics processes to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3PL Management: Provides comprehensive oversight of all 3PL activities, from strategy development to daily execution. Manages the 3PL team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and competency development. Oversees supplier selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management through RFPs and Tenders.
